Join us on an exciting learning journey in Lithuania, where, through non-formal education methods, we’ll explore tools, habits, and practices that help you understand yourself better and feel your best: mentally, emotionally, and physically.
During the exchange, you will learn how to utilize basic psychology concepts in self-analysis, manage stress and anxiety, build emotional resilience, practice mindfulness and self-care, improve your physical health through small daily habits and understand the impact of the digital environment on your mental health. You will also understand the importance of taking care of your body, being active and eating well.
No prior knowledge is needed, everything is beginner-friendly and designed to be engaging, fun, and meaningful.
Besides gaining valuable new knowledge, you’ll also make new international friends, as you’ll be joined by young people from all around Europe. After all, everything is better with friends!
Your well-being matters, and investing time in yourself is never wasted. This program is more than just about learning- we’re going to have new experiences, reflect, and grow together. Come curious, stay engaged, and leave with new friends, new skills, and habits that can make a real difference in your life.

Participant Profile

Residents or citizens from any of these countries: Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia, Romania, Lithuania or Portugal

Optimal age range: 16-24 years old

Available to attend the whole duration of the program and participate in all the sessions

Highly motivated to explore the topic and get engaged in sessions, conversations and activities about mental well-being

Expresses a willingness to disseminate the youth exchange to other groups of young people.

Currently not receiving any funds from the European Union (e.g.: participating in an Erasmus exchange program within University).


Mobility Schedule
Day 1-2: Building the Team
During these days, we will get to know each other better – after all, every successful journey needs a united team! We will play energizing, engaging games and icebreaker. By the end of these days, you will have made plenty of friends without even realizing!
Day 3-7: Exploring the Realm of the Mind
These days will be dedicated to exploring the topic in-depth through non-formal education methods – games, challenges, conversation and teamwork activities! Together with your peers, you will get to learn new stuff about the way your mind works and how to build healthy habits for a balanced life!
Day 8: Glowing Together
This day will be dedicated to celebrating your wins, new connections and reflecting on your learning journey. All of your hard work will be recognized during the YouthPass Certificate ceremony. You will also get the chance to exchange goodbyes to your new international friends and look back at the beautiful moments you shared together.

You will be supported by a friendly, experienced team from different countries.
Their role is to help create a fun, supportive environment where you can feel safe, connect with others, and learn together in non-formal way.

Location and Venue
Babeckynė is a warm and welcoming getaway in the heart of Bartninkai, where you can relax or stay active while enjoying the open spaces and sports fields for basketball and volleyball, furthermore all surrounded by the scenic beauty of Lithuania’s countryside.
Participants will be accommodated in shared rooms, housing 4-6 individuals, with room assignments based on international diversity and separated by gender.
Each participant will be served three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Participants’ dietary preferences should be provided during the application process to ensure meals are prepared accordingly.

Travel days will be 10th and 19th of April.

Once the participants’ selection is finished and everyone is confirmed, the project coordinators will arrange with the national group leaders to finalize the travel itinerary for each group.

The travel tickets from meeting points to mobility venue and back will be purchased by our organization

Each partner country will have a maximum of two meeting points, where participants will gather to begin their travel. Usually, these meeting points are the cities where majority of participants come from. In case participant is from different city, s/he should arrange their own travel to the meetings points.

For flights, we are funding only the most basic option, which includes one small backpack to be carried under the seat. You will be free to add priority or cargo luggage to your reservation, but at your own cost.

In some cases it might be needed for participants to travel one day earlier or return one day later, namely if there are no viable flight connections in the same day or they come from further away.

All important information regarding travel and other topics will be available on a dedicated Discord channel of the activity and via e-mail.

Above you can find a preliminary travel plan for each national group. These might change depending on the availability of connections and prices.
Useful Information

Participation costs: There are no participation costs. Travel, accommodation, and food are co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. However, participants who are selected will need to pay a 50€ deposit to confirm their participation. This is to avoid last-minute cancelations and to cover possible damages caused by the participants on the accommodation. The money is sent back after the activity.

Health & Insurance: We are not able to provide insurance for participants, so we kindly ask everyone to arrange their own coverage to ensure a safe and worry-free experience. Additionally, please make sure to bring your European Health Insurance Card, which can be used in case of hospital care is needed.

What to bring: Identity Card or Passport, towel, slippers, pocket money in case you will want to buy personal items (we recommend to bring cash since there might not be an ATM near the venue), laptop (if possible), comfortable and enough clothes for the days of the mobility and for outdoor activities as well. You might also bring national food or traditional clothes for the cultural nights, speaker, board games, balls for outdoor games.
